With its light luxury aesthetics and art as the framework, the Hengqin Mansion seeks the symbiosis between art and life, creating a new way of life in the elite circle. Situated close to the prosperous city yet retreating to a poetic and elegant environment, the design uses a beige tone to run through the entire space, interweaving details with coffee and brown hues, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The main materials used in this project include stainless steel, glass, solid wood, FRP, and acrylic. Spanning a total of 239 square meters, the Hengqin Mansion offers a spacious and luxurious living experience.
Designers Coco Chan, Hong Xu, and Yuanfei Huang worked together to bring the Hengqin Mansion to life. Their vision was to add elements such as the sea melting into the sky and mountain buildings, creating a harmonious and visually stunning environment. The dining table and chairs were simplified, combining aesthetics, texture, and practicality. The natural textures and simple lighting further enhance the connection between natural art and luxury aesthetics.
The project started in December 2021 and was completed in March 2022 in Zhuhai, China. The Huafa Plaza Hengqin Mansion is a creative and forward-looking sustainable residential project located in the financial core of Zhuhai. It offers breathtaking views of Macao Taipa and Xiwan Bridge, with the Macao Tower in the distance, creating a visual feast of the unity of sea and sky.
The Hengqin Mansion design prioritizes environmental protection and sustainable development. Low-carbon and environmentally friendly decoration materials were selected, along with imported furniture, to create a sense of space atmosphere. The smart technology residence seamlessly integrates with the coastal park outside the window, enhancing the overall sense of quality and design.
The matching of furniture in the Hengqin Mansion echoes the color tone of the space, paying attention to smooth lines and gentle arcs. The random arrangement of single chairs and coffee tables adds a touch of playfulness. The ornaments cleverly decorate the space, enriching the spatial level and reflecting a sense of high quality and design through exquisite details.
The Hengqin Mansion design was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2023. This prestigious award recognizes outstanding and creatively ingenious designs that authenticate experience and resourcefulness. The Hengqin Mansion exemplifies strong technical and creative skills, contributing to quality of life improvements and making the world a better place.
